    The GX2431Q is a 1024-bit EEPROM memory chip featuring a single bus interface. Each device contains a globally unique 64-bit serial number and supports the 1-Wire communication protocol. The 64-bit ROM address code is laser-etched during factory production to ensure absolute traceability. Data transmission follows the 1-Wire protocol, requiring only one data line and a ground return line.

    Technical Overview
    The GX2431 is a 1024-bit EEPROM that communicates with the host using the standard 1-Wire bus protocol. It features four independent 256-bit memory pages. Data is initially written to an 8-byte buffer and, after verification, copied to EEPROM memory. Memory pages can be individually configured for write protection or EPROM emulation mode, where bits can only transition from 1 to 0.
